1. Flame cutting

2. Plasma cutting

3. Wire cutting

The full name of wire cutting is electrical discharge wire cutting processing, according to different wire speed, can be divided into fast wire cutting, middle wire cutting and slow wire cutting. In fast wire cutting, the electrode wire moves round and back at high speed, and the cutting precision is poor. Medium wire EDM is a new technology developed in recent years, which realizes frequency conversion multiple cutting function on the basis of fast wire cutting. Slow wire cutting is a low speed unidirectional movement of the electrode wire, and the cutting accuracy is very high.

4. High-pressure water cutting

High-pressure water cutting is the use of high-speed water jet doped with emery for sheet metal processing, can be processed a lot of materials, can be cut thickness is also high. For ceramics, glass and other explosive materials also have a good effect; In copper, aluminum cutting also has more advantages, the disadvantage is that the use of water cutting speed is slow, not environmentally friendly.

5. Laser cutting

The revolutionary process of sheet metal is the use of laser cutting. High flexibility in operation, fast enough in use, high production efficiency, and short production cycle of the product. Laser cutting is the use of focused high-efficiency density laser beam irradiation work, so that the irradiated material quickly melt, vaporize, ablation or reach the ignition point, and at the same time with the beam coaxial high-speed air blowing molten material, so as to achieve the workpiece cut. Laser cutting processing will not produce deformation, there will be no tool wear phenomenon, the adaptability of the material is good.
